A time-tested classic, the Village Deli’s going on 40 years and is still going strong. Slinging its colossal pancakes—complete with mix-ins like bananas, homemade granola, and chocolate chips—along with amazing egg dishes and omelets to order, the deli offers breakfast anytime, and it still hasn’t budged from its Kirkwood Avenue digs. The local institution also offers signature lunch and dinner items like the Big Red Reuben and Carmichael’s Hoagie, Black Angus burgers, traditional deli sandwiches, falafel, vegetarian dishes, and homemade hot chips in a very casual setting. (Psst! Don’t let that cheeky “Eat and Get Out!” motto fool you. It’s all in good fun…)

The operating hours are 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. Monday thru Friday and 8a to 9p Saturday & Sunday. Carry-out and full delivery are also now available.
