Bloomington Startup Weekend

With the addition of the little link in the sidebar of the main site, Bloomington Startup Weekend is official. Our three days of intense work to build a brand new startup company is less than a month away (Feb. 8-10), with registration beginning this week. We’ll announce details about that Wednesday, but in the meantime … If you are interested in joining us in for the next installment of Startup Weekend, please make sure you vote for Bloomington in the SW City Vote page so we have an email address with which to contact you.

Thanks to Andrew Hyde and Tyler Willis for getting us set up with some Web 2.0 space on the mother site. Also, thanks to John Hill, Travis Brown, Christian Briggs and Ben Fulton, who have helped to organize this event since our first meeting in November. We can still use a hand, so contact me through our Facebook group or reply in Twitter if you want to volunteer your time for a specific task.
