Bloomington Startup Weekend

We had a tremendous, steady response to the idea of bringing Startup Weekend to Bloomington. A few moments ago, John Meylor became our 100th registration, achieving our final recruiting milestone.

Although our registration for this weekend’s event is sold out, it isn’t too late to become a fan of the process. We will be publishing updates here on the official Startup Weekend blog and also trying out the new Prologue theme for WordPress, providing a more detailed stream of activity. There is a Meebo Room embedded in our blog, so feel free to chat with the founders and offer encouragement and feedback. We will be leveraging a strong Twitter community in Indiana and streaming images from City Hall to give people several ways to pay attention to what we do.

We are also continuing to take names on a fan list. By including your email address, you can get a daily summary of the blog activity and major decisions at Bloomington Startup Weekend. We can also inform you of future events in the Midwest (such as the Startup Weekend slated for June 20-22 in Ann Arbor, Michigan).
